Warranty claims presented without the original sales receipt will be honoured at Acushnet’s sole discretion. The shoes, together with the original sales receipt showing the date of purchase and a statement of the claimed defect, must be promptly returned to an authorised FootJoy shoe dealer, preferably from where they were originally purchased. The applicable warranty for such shoes is the warranty given for the shoes sold in the country of use. This warranty does not apply to shoes used outside of Australia or New Zealand.
One-year limited warranty applies to Golf Casual, ARC XT, ARC SL, Contour Casual, Golf Specialty, SuperLites XP, FJ Leisure, Sport Retro and FJ ARC LP.
